Lyra Routine Every morning!

My Lyra practice every morning!
As an Aerialist, I love practicing my skills at Fantasy Fitness and Dance Aerial Art Studio I always had this opportunity to play hoops in the air! It makes my morning complete and satisfactory! Lyra can improve flexibility, posture, lean muscles and strength.

With every morning routine it is important as an Aerialist not only just moving around in the Hoop suspended in the air, playing amazing tricks. Also it is very important to include dynamics and variations of fast and slower pace in a single performance depends on the music! Even in practice, always put in your mind that it is a live performance and everyone is watching you but don't get conscious, feel it and enjoy it instead! This brings excitement, joy and thrill.
