Diet - Healthy Eating
As a trainer and aerialist, eating played a huge role in my career. We need to get a good food in order our bodies to respond what we want.
Many of my clients at Fantasy Fitness and Dance Studio asked "Should we limit food to loss weight?" well I say keep eating! Just avoid the ones that couldn't give you exact nutrients you need.
I heard one of my friends saying "I need to stop eating rice" well I said to my mind "Don't do that unless you want yourself dead!". All food (excluding junk foods) is created to serve certain nutrients necessary to our body.
People need knowledge about food consumption these days, how much food intake and nutrients we need to our body. Diet is not avoiding food but Diet means balance eating.
